Please review the following: * A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. * Cancellations within 4 hours of your appointment are subject to 50% of the scheduled service total. * No-call / no-show appointments are charged 100% of the scheduled service total. * Card on file may be required to secure appointments.
